  We had 14 women stay for the weekend, and everyone ooohed and ahhhed about the house. It was clean, well-stocked and beautifully decorated. It was the perfect house for a large group because the common areas were big enough that everyone could relax together, cooking, hanging out or eating, yet there were enough private areas that people could get away for some alone time, naps, etc. Also a good beach house for a rainy weekend (not that that ever happens on the oregon coast!). It was spectacular to watch the weather roll in over the ocean from the living room's huge windows, not to mention sitting in the hot tub watching the waves. I couldn't have hoped for a better beach house - looking forward to getting back here some time in the future!

  This was the second visit to Bella Vista and we plan to return soon. The view is outstanding from the bedrooms, living room, sunroom, and kitchen. We especially enjoyed the night view of the stars and ocean from the hot tub after the kids were tucked in bed.
  
  I highly recommend this property to a friend or family get away. There is enough room to have a quiet moment with a book or to join in the fun and activities with other guests.

  Thank you for a great family vacation. We had four families with 3 small children stay at Bella Vista. Everyone had a fantastic time and the house was perfect for our needs.

  The views are fantastic in this comfortable home and are a source of entertainment in themselves. It is a great house for a family reunion and housed our family members very comfortably. There was lots of room for quiet space and partying alike. The well equipped kitchen made for fun community cooking and dining. We would love to do it again.

  This house, in this location was ideal for our multi-generational family vacation. The house had every amenity we could have possibly wanted or needed. There was room to be together and room to get away from the crowd. The views were amazing and the distance from the town and the beach perfect for us. We hope to return to this house whenever we can get the whole family together for another trip to the Oregon Coast.
  The only downside was that the hills were difficult to navigate with a stroller because they were so steep.

  The home was spotless, amazing view on the hillside, yet still within walking distance to the beach. Perfect spot for a group to lounge and enjoy! The managing staff are wonderful. We were extremely happy with the cleanliness and upkeep of the house.

  The great room is just that really great! Nice layout for cooking and socializing. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well set up with many utensils and cooking tools. Beach access is very close, very quiet location, but close to town..you can walk to the beach and walk to main street of Manzanita in about 15 minutes. Stunning views from the balcony and lots of good heating sources, so a winter stay would be lovely as well. Nicely furnished with leather couches, comfy chairs, dining options. Beds are comfortable. Hot tub was clean. Now for the suggestions: Firewood is actually provided, but management company said it was $5 per bundle..not a big deal, but it would have been nice not to spend the extra $15 for wood. Also, management company said you needed to drive to the beach...actually there is a well travelled walking path to the beach about 20 feet away, so easily walkable by most people. One weird paper towels is a pretty expensive rental, and some paper towels would have been lovely.Also, the scents used in the house..airfresheners, what have you, are not natural..the synthetic perfumes are a bit much. Of course , this is my opinion, and perhaps you are sorry you asked.

  Princess Jenni @ SSVR was incredibly helpful, generous and catering to our needs. They made it easy and fun to find the perfect house for our family event! Everybody LOVED the Bella Vista! It's cozy, yet big enough to accomodate about 80 guests that came to our family event! It was a little bit hard to arrange a way for out guests to get there without disturbing the neighbors or violating the parking rule, but it all worked out! We WILL be back!!

  Lots of snow delayed a few family members from this trip but everyone made it in time for Thanksgiving. The house has a beautiful view of the ocean (hence the name) and we all enjoyed our stay. Several issues to improve on - the direction brochure says that we need to provide our own wood but the house rules said that wood was provided (it was in the garage). We also had a circuit blow on us but couldn't locate the circuit breaker wher the circuit was blown. Found one circuit in the laudnry room but none were tripped. Without power for several days for a portion of the house. Suspect a second circuit breaker is behind a locked door in the garage - not a good plan.
