  Nice little town and close to the beach. Beautiful view as you are approaching Manzanita. A lot of towels and bed linens were very nice. Very convenient to have all of the household goods available. The garage was very musty/moldy smelling, possibly from the wood. Very comfortable home to spend time with family and friends. My only suggestion would be to make the small, necessary repairs to tie ulp the loose ends, i.e. lock on laundry room door and door leading to garage, fix the shower curtain holder and remove the styrofoam, put a new lock on the back yard gate, and replace or seriously clean the mattresses so there are no blood stains. That was a real negative for our friends when they removed the sheets for cleaning. All three of the beds upstairs had sand in them when they went to bed the first night. They obviously weren't changed. Other than what I've mentioned, it was perfect and would surely stay there again and would recommend it as well. Another suggestion would be to have outside dog dishes since it is a pet friendly home. I hated using one of the bowls from the kitchen, but was our only option. Thank-you so much for a wonderful stay!!!!!

  While this property has a few quirks, it is overall a good property, in a good location, at a very reasonable price. We had a nice 4th of July weekend. It was great to be in town and within a short walk of the beach and shops. The house was well equipped for our stay, and having a fenced-in yard for the dogs was a plus.
  The house has some odd features like an impossibly steep narrow staircase that would be impossible for anyone lacking cat like coordination and electrical outlets that for no apparent reason are located 15 feet above the floor or in some cases on the high ceiling, completely out of reach of anyone lacking a ladder.
  Other than the architectural anomalies, I would recommend this home to any largish group looking for a quiet get away in Manzanita.

  I liked the home but felt there were some safety issues. The stairs leading to the loft were very narrow and steep with no gate at the top. If you had small children or someone with limited mobility, they would not be able to use the loft. The outside deck didn't have a railing on the steps and they were slippery when wet. There was also some confusion on what the renter was expected to be responsible for on the last day. All in all we did have a good experience and I would recommend it to friends who didn't have small children.

  This was a great vacation! The house was conveniently located about half a mile from a beautiful beach. The house was clean and comfortable.
