  The place was very spacious and there was lots of light. It took about 5 seconds to get to the beach. We loved it! Only thing I would change would be a better BBQ, but I would still stay there again. Thank you.

  We had a great stay at Sweet Dream. 4 Adults and 2 children. Girl and Boy (brother and sister), we had to bring a cot. Sleeping arrangements might have been better for us if there had been two twin beds in the one bedroom. We will keep in mind for next
  stay. We did have some trouble with the screen doors,difficult to use may need to be replaced. Everything else was great, really enjoyed the west facing view deck and quick access to the beach. Would definetely consider this house again for the four of us.

  We have rented another house with Sunset for a few years now, this was our first stay in this house. Overall it was comfortable with 6 people but felt crowded for the two days we had 8 there. The house is in pretty good condition, the layout was nice, and everything seemed to work as it should.
  
  A neighbor called the house around 10:30 in the evening and pretty much demanded that we turn off the porch light. My wife answered the phone and whatever was said upset her enough that it caused a bad end to a great day at the beach - all over a 60 watt bulb.
  
  Oddly there was no broom in the house so we ended up keeping it clean with a rubber squeegee a vacuum. I stopped in at Sunset's office three different times during our stay to request a broom and dustpan, never got one. Ordinarily they are right on top of things I hope this isn't a sign of things to come.
  
  If we could afford a beach house this is very similar to what we would like have. We will certainly stay in Manzanita again, will probably use Sunset again, but I'm not sure if my wife will want the same property again after the exchange with the neighbor.

  Great location and nice ocean view. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bbq grill (which we didn't use) appeared to be very new. The bath towels are close to the end of their useful life and the living room drapes had an odd odor, but it wasn't noticeable
  unless you were very close to them. The beds were comfortable, the beach uncrowded and the neighborhood quiet - overall a very good stay.

  We liked this house a lot. Lots of space for our 3 kids and a sufficient kitchen to cook in. The beach access was great and the view from the deck was not bad! We loved Manzanita and the house!

  Enjoyed our stay. The furniture was on the used side but the location was nice and close to the ocean. Walked along shore to the town and back by the road. Not too long at all.

  We spent Thanksgiving at Manzanita this year and had a great time. A storm hit late Thanksgiving day, but the next two days were beautiful.

  We enjoyed our stay at the Sweet Dream house. It was perfect for 6 people and the dog! The only thing I feel needs improvement is a few more cooking pans in the kitchen. We like to cook in. The deck and BBQ was great. I'd go back!

  A really nice home, all in all. A few suggestions, if I may: replace the BBQ, fix the lamps, put reading lamps in the bedrooms, repair the ice maker. The picnic table almost killed me! For the price please consider including some firewood. Having to trek into town and buy it seemed punitive. But that aside, the pellet stove worked great, the beds were fairly comfortable, the location was great, the office and maintenance staff were very prompt and helpful, and we had a terrific time! Thank you.
