Manzanita - This level is great for a quiet getaway with the family. You have a large open floor plan that includes kitchen, living and dining rooms. Large picture windows in the living area that gives you lots of natural light. The living room features TV/DVD, hide-a-bed for addtional sleeping, wireless Internet and a small sitting corner, great for relaxing and reading that favorite book. There are two bedrooms, one with a King and one with a Queen bed. Escape to the backyard and enjoy the fire pit. Just steps to the beach and a couple short blocks to the entrance of Nehalem Bay State Park this home is perfect for small families. TWO CAR LIMIT

    Our vacation stay over the Thankgiving holiday was impromptu and spurred by my teenage daughter's health issues. Our hopes for this vacation were to find a clean, comfortable home, close to the beach, that would provide us the opportunity to relax and enjoy the holiday away from the hectic schedules at home. We found the home to be extremely comfortable, exceptionally clean, well equipted for any needs that arose, located conveniently to the beach and town, and well suited for relaxation. There was nothing about this home or vacation site that could be improved upon and our goals for this trip were fulfilled entirely thanks to the attentive staff and comfortable lodgings.     Loved our stay. Great beach house just off the beach. Nice Town. Only concern would be in hotter weather it might get stuffy as the front windows don't open.

    great location! very close to beach; nice walk to town if you like to walk; lots of windows to let in light; big enough to allow people to have their own space; kitchen well-stocked with supplies; full size washing machine and dryer helped get laundry clean and ready for the next day; bring your own games and books since there aren't many in the house; overall, a very nice stay, and we'd do it again

    The trash can was full when we arrived, however your office was very pleasant to talk to about the problem. We hope that it was resolved. It's unfortunate that the front windows of the unit don't open because it does get stuffy in the house, even in May.
