Very modern with a retro flare- check out the fantastic kitchen, with Wolf stove, Subzero refrigerator, and refrigerated storage built in to the kitchen cabinetry. The home has very original track lighting throughout and lovely blue furniture and modern art lovingly placed. French style doors and beautiful wood floors add unbelievable ambience to this very original house. Large picture windows provide magnificent views, step off the deck and your on the sand, or sit in the hot tub and watch the waves come to shore, five bedrooms provide the privacy you want. This is a great house for sitting by the gas fireplace and visiting with friends and family. The house had a 42" flat screen TV newly installed for your convenience. Whether you move upstairs to the loft area or down stairs to the bedrooms, you will be charmed and pleased with the perfection of this awesome tri-level. The owners have spectacular taste and have thought of everything to make your stay wonderful, including a pool table in the garage for your enjoyment. And the terrific unobstructed view of the beach and Neah-kah-nie Mountain must have been center stage of their mad plan. You have to see it to believe it! THREE CAR LIMIT

Thank you for letting us come to the house. The group on a whole had a great. However there were a few suggestions... Maybe could have used some throw rugs. The Hardwoods mixed with sand became very slippery and can be problematic especially for the elderly. Mattresses were very hard, at least on the single beds and the two red chairs in the living room were terribley uncomfortable to sit in. All and all the place looks great, just something to think about in the future.

Everything was perfect for our family reunion. A great location for walking the beaches and sharing good experiences together. The house is big enough to sleep our family of 12 comfortably. Kitchen is much better design since they remodeled a few years ago and a huge improvement to the back door with the storm door added.

The house is wonderful. The addition of a flat screen TV is very nice.
The fireplace update is nice. Good to see that they are taking care
of this great property!

Just need kitchen towels that dry dishes. And the notebook that explains
things around the house was gone. And the comment book was gone.
It is convenient to have the notebook for menus of various restaurants
in Manzanita and recommendations for what to do in the area and what
to do in case of a tsunami!

Other than that it was as fun as ever! We all love the hot tub.

Another great family Thanksgiving get-together. Weather a little dicey on Monday (hurricane force winds), but rest of week great. Neat place, lots of room, on the beach and a hot tub to warm up in after a long walk on Manzanita beach in the winter.

This is our fifth stay at the Ocean Breeze property. We love it! I only have two complaints. 1) Some things were hard to figure out (the TV and the fireplace). Some better documentation would help. and 2) For the amount of the cleaning deposit, we always feel like we have to do too much cleaning. We always leave the property very clean and try to follow every instruction, but it ends up taking hours on the last morning to clean the place.

From the outside it is like many other normal homes in Manzanita, but the inside is all first class. Especially nice kitchen and furnishings, all quality top rate. Table can sit 10. Everything works. Hot Tub on the beach, Huge Front windows view beach and ocean. Great Family Retreat for up to 10 in comfort in this jewel of a town and beach.

We had yet another wonderful stay at Ocean Breeze with our family this year, savoring long beach walks, crabbing, swimming, salmon fishing, new this year, antiquing, and relaxing in our lodgings right on the beach. The elegant, simple architecture, the
luxurious appointments, the perfect layout and your fabulous staff made it perfect. A minor barbecue glitch was repaired within 2 hours. We all agree that we would cheerfully just move in! Thank you SSVR for a delightful time.

The furnace went out. DVD not set up. House really needs to be maintained!
Chimney needs major work. Damp spots in the chimney rock!
Electric outlets don't work well upstairs.
At least hot tub working well or we would not be back to this house!

We love staying at Ocean Breeze. Just a little sad this time the oven was broken and we couldn't make our dinner one night. The property manager was very helpful and got someone over right away but unfortunately they could not fix the problem. No biggie!!!

Lovely house. However checking in at 4 pm in winter makes little sense. It is almost dark and hard to find the property. Also check out time of 11 am seems a little too stringent since you are washing your own sheets and running the dishwasher, your Sunday morning is primarily spent in housekeeping chores. Our group agreed that adjusting the check in/ out time in the slow season should be a reasonable adjustment.

We had four families staying at this house which we thought might be a tight fit. Not so, the layout provides a very open spacious feeling. Perfect house for young kids who like to dig in the sand. The Beach is amazing.
We love the Ocean Breeze - we have been coming since 2001. The house is lovely.

The kitchen is well appointed with great equipment. However, the furniture in the living room could be more comfortable with an additional couch instead of 4 chairs. The house sleeps 10 but there is only room for 7 to sit comfortably in the living area. The main floor bathroom's lock does not work and did not last year either. In order to make it lock, we used a q-tip. This should be fixed.

We love Ocean Breeze but in this difficult economic time we are unable to afford it. Is there any time or way that we could rent Ocean Breeze for less money per night. I believe we paid almost $360 a night. This house suits are needs especially because one of us has a disability and so much is on one floor. Incredible house -- spacious layout
