Manzanita - This charming two story house is great for a family or a quiet getaway. With two separate, fully equipped, levels you can either rent both levels for your family and friends or rent just one level and have a romantic getaway. The upper level has an open floor plan with the living area, large screen TV/DVD and has a great reading corner for those book lovers with two reclining chairs and a beautiful view of Neahkahnie Mountain. It features a master bedroom with a Queen and a full bath with raised Jacuzzi tub for two and private deck with partial ocean views. The lower level also has an open floor plan with the living area and features a cute little reading corner with wicker furniture for decor. It features two full bedrooms, a master bedroom with a King and a guest bedroom with a Queen with a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping. Enjoy the gas BBQ or fire pit in the backyard with the family on those sunny summer days! You are just steps to the beach and blocks to the Nehalem Bay State Park. TWO CAR LIMIT

    This house was perfect for a group of 6 people. It had everything we needed and then some. The only downside was it was weird having a bathroom connected to the bedroom connected to the balcony. People would have to go through the bedroom to get to the only deck in the house. Apart from that minor problem, the overall experience was delightful

    We spent seven days at the Oceancrest Oasis and loved it. We rented both floors so that two of our adult sons could join us. The upper floor was perfect for a Honeymoon suite, and the lower floor was great for the two additional bedrooms and living/kitchen
    space. Having both kitchens available was really handy in dinner prep. we had morning breakfast on the upper floor deck, and the floor to ceiling windows were awesome! We would love to come back to this beach house in the future.

    We liked these units and the lower unit's kitchen was easy to use with kitchen aid utensils. The layout of upper and lower units made them easy to use and the upper large screen tv was a plus. I think the lower unit could have used a salt & pepper shaker, we had to borrow them from upper unit. Lots of stairs if using the upper unit and so it
    might be tough for the very young or older adults. Ocean is very close and golfing is a bit farther but walkable. You probably want to drive, not walk, to town.
