-All reservations require half down at time of reservation.
-Full Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
-If paying by credit card it will automatically be charged.
-Sixty day cancellation notice is required to obtain refund of deposit, minus a $100
cancellation fee. If canceling within sixty days we must be able to rebook
your stay for you to obtain your deposit refund minus the $100 cancellation fee. No refunds for shortened stays.
-There is a $50.00 non refundable Damage Waiver on all homes that covers up to $1500 of unintentional damages.
-All homes have cleaning fees (they vary with the size of the house), taxes and a 3% processing fee on the grand total and a hot tub fee of $35 ($10nt for 4+ nights - if applicable).
-Strip all dirty towels and sheets and send what you can through the washer and dryer. Please notify office if blankets or mattress pads need washed.
-Wash and put away all dishes.
-Pet Homes - Absolutely no pets are allowed on the furniture or bedding and all "messes" outside are to be cleaned up.
-Non-Pet Homes - There will be a $2000.00 fine if evidence of any pet of any kind is discovered inside or outside of the home. Please notify our office in advance of your reservation if you have a service animal.
-Hot Tub Homes - Water level is to be kept an inch above the inlet or the highest
jet (which ever applies) and the temperature is to be left no lower then 100 degrees. Charges will apply if not done. Please contact the office if the temperature drops below 100 degrees.
-All our homes are strict non-smoking homes.
There is a 5 night minimum on reservations during July and August.
There is a 3 night minimum on reservations during Memorial Weekend, Labor Day, Christmas & New Years.
There is a 4 night minimum on reservations during Thanksgiving.
