The beds were comfortable and my ten year old had his choice of four bunkbeds. All the rest of the furnishings were in good condition and we appreciated having a throw blanket to wrap up in to ward off a chilly spring evening. With only a block long walk to the beach, we were flying kites in no time at all. I especially enjoyed the view of the pine trees swaying in the wind from the upstair windows. We would definitely stay here again for another Oregon coast vacation. It is close to the beach and the wood stove is nice, though. I would recommend this property for a family with small children, but maybe not for someone who values their privacy. Also, it is pretty close to one of the busier streets in town.
